“Learn to Lead,” which will replace the cadets’ current leadership text, launches on 1 April 2010, concurrent with achievement tests moving online.

Visit the "Learn to Lead" homepage to download an update on this project. Better still,Module 1 (chapters 1-3) and half of Module 2 (chapters 4 & 5) are available for your comment. What is MCTDC?

Is one of a few committees for the 2009-2010 NCAC term and is an acronym for: Marketing, Communication, and Technological Development Committee.

We (the committee) handle the internet for NCAC, as well as utilizing the 21st Century tools to let the rest of "CAP" know what NCAC is doing.

The "official" committee just took shape during the last month and we are creating our game plane. Since the Summer Boards (In San Antonio) we have been gathering feedback on how CAP is doing with the internet from both the top end of CAP(NHQ), as well as the the local Regions/Wings/Squadrons.

You'll be hearing from us more often in the future. That is MCTDC -- Hope that answers your question.
